Function : bool logOff([bool Force])

Description Function logs off the current logged user, alongiwith, closes all running applciations. If argument 'Force' is supplied true, it forces system to close all applications without having confirmation from them. It is not recomended to pass true as argument for normal log off, it can be used in emergency. Return returns true on success and false otherwise
