If you are a DEV C++ user, then run the DEV C++ updates through menus Tools > Check for Updates/Packages, which will get you latest list of available devpaks on devpaks.org (remember to choose devpaks.org server first before hitting check for updates button), then go to category GUI, there you will have last uplaoded version of RAD C++. Simply select devpack from list and click button 'Download'. Which will download and install devpak without any problem.
